How to clean a wig?

I have a Santa suit and the wig / beard needs cleaning. Any idea how to do this? Thanks!

Yes, natural hair can be washed by hand and air dried. Should only be combed with a large tooth comb after being completely dry. I can use soapy water (dish soap dove) and place in and around Swirl … as a scrub or rub the hair can be loosened. Do not use hot water, use cold or warm and rinse with cold water, cold reality eliminates the foam, however, tends to tangle the hair. I put me on racks to dry. Good luck Santa.
